Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide focused, uninterrupted care to every client and dog, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments adjusted with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $5 administrative fee. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time and scheduling commitments.
